Rates                                               

  • $295.00 per night based on double-occupancy; three-night minimum stay.  $1,750 per week.  Maximum occupancy is two adults and two children ($25/night surcharge per child).     Currency Converter

  • Rates are higher for special events and holidays (Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Sugar Bowl, New Year's, etc.), which must be prepaid by check or money order and are non-refundable (please see "Rental Terms" below).

  • If you are a frequent traveler to New Orleans and would like to consider River House for a future trip, please contact us for an advance showing.

    Included in Daily Rates

    A La Carte

    To complement River House apartment's luxury accommodations, we offer a variety of a la carte premium services, most of which can be arranged with 24-hour notice:

    • Maid service:  Available daily or weekly—please inquire.

    • Kitchen stock:  Available—please inquire.

    • Personal grocery shopping:  $25 service charge for one-time shopping from your own list, and kitchen stocking prior to your arrival.

    • Floral services:  Available—please inquire.

    Rental Terms

    • A deposit equal to 1/2 of the full rental charge is due at time of reservation.  The balance is due 30 days before your arrival date.  If you are making a reservation within 30 days, the full rental charge is due at time of reservation.  We accept payment by VISA, Master Card, or American Express.  We require your card number, expiration date, name as it appears on the card, and billing address.  If you are from outside of the U.S., we also require the additional 3- or 4-digit security code on the card.

    • Should it be necessary to cancel your reservation 45 days or more before your arrival date, you will receive a non-cash River House credit for all money paid.  This credit may be used up to 1 year from the original booked date.  A cash refund is available if the apartment re-rents for your rental period, but only up to the rate and number of nights paid by the new guests.  You may choose either the credit or the cash refund in this event.  In the event of a mandatory evacuation, you will receive a pro rata credit for the mandatory evacuation days.  This credit can be used up to 2 years from the original booked date.

    • Special event bookings and reservations made more than 6 months in advance must be prepaid by check or money order and are non-refundable.

    • Smoking and pets are not allowed.

    • A valid Visa, MasterCard, or American Express must be presented at time of check-in for purpose of payment records and security/damage deposit.
